App Privacy Policy
Apps by Joel Thielke, C.Ht. (Motivational Hypnotherapy), including Law of Attraction - Sleep. Effective 16 September 2026.
The short version
Our apps do not collect personal data. There is no account, no sign-in, no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking inside the apps. What you do in the app stays on your device.
What stays on your device
Your settings, favourites, playlists, listening history, sleep timer and wake alarm, sound mixes, and anything you type into the app (such as an affirmation intention) are stored only on your iPhone or iPad. We cannot see them, and they are removed when you delete the app.
Purchases
Purchases are made and processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your name, email address, Apple Account or payment details. The app asks Apple which items you own so it can unlock them and restore them on a new device.
Streaming audio
Recordings stream from our content delivery network. Like any web server, it receives the technical information needed to deliver a file, such as your IP address and the file requested. We use this only to deliver audio and keep the service secure, and we do not use it to identify you, build a profile or track you.

Some apps show a short list of Joel's other apps and books. The list is downloaded from the same server and contains no information about you.
Information Apple provides
If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may give us aggregated, anonymous statistics such as download counts and crash reports. We cannot identify individual people from them.
If you email us for support, we use your message and email address only to answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
